Huang Weipin, Associate chief physician, a committee member of Anti-Infection Group of the Emergency Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a member of the Critical Care Medicine Branch of Guangzhou Medical Association, a Part-time Teacher of Medical College of South China University of Technology, and Guangzhou First-Aid Skills Training Instructor. He graduated from Sun yat-sen University of Medical Sciences with a major in clinical medicine and was a visiting scholar at the Weil Institute of Critical Care Medicine, Virginia Commonwealth University. He has been engaged in the field of emergency and critical care medicine for almost 20 years, has completed a project funded by Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong and a scientific research project sponsored by Health Commission of Guangdong Province. He published an SCI-indexed paper as well as over 10 academic papers in medical core journals. His research interests include pyohemia, shock and the pathogenesis of septic encephalopathy.
