He has been engaged in emergency and first-aid specific nursing for 15 years. He has rich experience in the clinical practice and teaching of emergency and first-aid specific nursing, masters the evaluation and intervention of emergency and critical illness，and can coordinate and organize the rescue of patients with emergency and critical illness. He has experience in providing Medical support in the emergency public health events. He undertook rescue task in important events，such as Wenchuan Earthquake, Yichun Air Crash, Guangzhou Asia Games/Asia Games for the Disabled, Guangzhou Marathon and fight against COVID-19.
