Bio: He has been engaged in clinical laboratory and thrombosis and hemostasis for 23 years, and was the head of the coagulation rheology group for 8 years. He has great achievements and rich experience in urine sediment microscopy and blood routine test, various body fluid routine test, glycated hemoglobin test, diagnosis of hematological system diseases, bleeding and clotting dysfunction, various types of hemophilia, typing and diagnosis of platelet dysfunction, monitoring of anticoagulation and antiplatelet drugs, prevention and treatment of Thrombophilia, pre-thrombotic state, VTE and DIC, etc. He can independently solve complex and difficult technical problems of these clinical interests. At the same time, he has accumulated rich experience in teaching, research and laboratory management (ISO15189).
