Professor Yin is a specialist of National Health Emergency Response. He is a vice-chairman of the Guangdong Psychological Association, and vice director of Counselling and psychotherapy Committee of Guangdong Psychological Association. He has also been appointed as leader of Psychotherapy specialist group, Branch of Psychiatrists of Guangdong Medical Association. He also serves as chairman of the Psychological Crisis Intervention Committee of Guangdong Mental Health Association.

Professor Yin has nearly 30 years of clinical experiences in counselling and psychotherapy and psychological crisis intervention. His areas of expertise include mood disorders, marital and family conflicts, parenting issues, stress management, interpersonal relationship, insomnia and psychological trauma.
