Bio

After qualifying in medicine at the Sun Yat-Sen University, Dr. Zhou continues her career and research as a cardiologist and interventionist at Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital. She obtained a cardiovascular fellowship at Stanford University, USA and conducted more than 50 international or national clinical trials during the past few years.

She is a famous cardiologist in coronary artery diseases, interventional cardiology, hypertension and cardiovascular metabolism in China and has been highly appraised by patients. Also, she is an active researcher in the area and has received one of the most important grants from the Chinese Ministry of Health, as well as numerous national and provincial grants. She is author of more than 20 international peer-reviewed academic journals in cardiovascular medicine.
