Bio

Dr. Lin joined Guangdong Provincial Hospital in 2006, and now works in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine Department. His special interests lie in the percutaneous coronary intervention, and he completes about 400 complicated cases a year. Dr. Lin completed his residency in The First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College, and then worked as a attending doctor and associate chief physician. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor degree of Medicine from Shantou University Medical College and his Ph.D. degree in Shantou University Medical College in 2005. He has been trained in the University of Manitoba, Canada for research on pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease. He has carried out two research programs supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 5 programs supported by Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province. Since 2006, he has supervised 25 master students and 2 Ph.D. students, and is author of more than 20 peer-review research articles.
