He Miao, resident, received her PhD in ophthalmology from the renowned Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, Sun Yat-sen University. She is a systemically-trained clinician and researcher, well-versed in diagnosis and treatment of common eye diseases, and especially proficient in treating cataract and fundus diseases. She is leading a project funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Fund) and has more than 10 publications in SCI journals as first author.
