He is experienced in drug therapy and endoscopic treatment of chronic stomach disease, bowel disease, fatty liver disease, pancreatitis, and pancreatic cancer. He held a position as a postdoctoral researcher and visiting scholar for two and a half years at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Department of Hepatology and Gastroenterology and the Interventional Endoscopy Services at California Pacific Medical Center, respectively. He was awarded "Good Doctor of Guangzhou“ in 2016,"the Famous Doctor in South China“ in 2017,and the "Hurun Ping An Good Doctors of China" in 2019. He has published more than 50 papers in SCI-indexed journals and domestic core journals. He has played a major role in the compilation of two books; He has led multiple projectts: two projects funded by the National Natural Science Funds, one project winning the Second Prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award, and 12 projects supported by provincial and municipal scientific research funds and key programs.
