LI Jiaxin, resident physician, obtained her bachelor's degree of clinical medicine from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University, and master's degree of cardiac surgery from Southern Medical University. After completing surgical residency at Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital, she joined the cardiac surgery intensive care unit in 2016. She specializes in the postoperative treatment of valvular heart disease, coronary artery disease and congenital heart disease. Her practice also involves the clinical and fundamental research into postoperative critical illnesses including acute kidney injury and myocardial ischemic injury.
