Dr. Luo studied cardiothoracic intensive care at the University Hospital of Odense, Denmark. He has been engaged in perioperative management of cardiac surgery, specializing in intensive care of congenital heart disease.Dr. Luo is a reviewer of Chinese Journal of Clinical Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. He leads a number of provincial projects and participate in a number of national projects.
