Biography: After graduating from Peking Union Medical College of China, Dr. Wan has been engaged in clinical work of blood diseases for more than 20 years.He has worked and studied in Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences for 10 years.He has accumulated abundant experience in the diagnosis and treatment of hematologic diseases such as hemocytopenia, aplastic anemia，leukemia, lymphoma and multiple myeloma.

Clinical Interests: Standardized diagnosis and treatment of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT)for hematologic malignancies, standardized diagnosis and treatment of lymphatic and plasma cell diseases.
