Dr. Wang specializes in imaging medicine. She is an expert in imaging diagnosis of abdominal diseases, especially CT and MR imaging of abdominal diseases.

Dr. Wang studied as a visiting scholar at Indiana University Hospital in America during 2014 and 2015. She served as the secretary of Chinese Society of Abdominal Radiology and the secretary of Contrast Media Guideline Group of Chinese Society of Radiology and is currently the member of Chinese Society of Abdominal Radiology and member of Digestive Committee Chinese Association of Radiologist, Associate Director of Guangdong Society of Abdominal Radiology, Associate Director of Digestive Committee Guangdong Association of Radiologist and member of Expert Group for Investigation and Diagnosis of Abnormal Reaction of Vaccination in Guangdong Province.

Her recent research focuses on functional MR imaging of hepatic fibrosis and prostate cancer.

Dr. Wang participated as the principal investigator in Science and Technology Planning Project of Guangdong and Medical Scientific Research Foundation of Guangdong Province, and she is a key researcher in Science and Technology Planning Project of Guangzhou and Medical Scientific Research Foundation of Guangdong Province.

As the first author or corresponding author, she has published over 20 papers at home and abroad. And she has published eight textbooks, being the major author or main translator.
