Dr. Zhang is highly experienced in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary nodules or masses, diffuse pulmonary diseases, mediastinum, and other respiratory diseases, and is skilled in CT-guided percutaneous biopsy for of thoracic lesions.

Dr. Zhang obtained her Master's degree at Sun Yat-sen University and started to work in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital as a radiologist since 1994.

Dr. Zhang participated in a national research project as a major researcher, and as the principal investigator or key researcher in 4 projects funded by Science and Technology Planning Project of Guangdong and 9 projects funded by Guangdong Health Department and Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital.

She has published 17 papers in Chinese Journal of Radiology, and 6 textbooks on imaging diagnosis as an author.
