Dr. Luo graduated from Zhongshan Medical College of Sun Yat sen University in 2006, and has been engaged in imaging diagnosis in the Department of radiology of Guangdong Provincial People's hospital since the same year. He is good at imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis of chest and abdominal diseases, and has in-depth research on imaging examination methods and diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.

He published a number of related papers, presided over and participated in a number of medical research projects.
